PrideGlobal is hiring on behalf of a top Fortune Tech Company for a Data Center Tech/Technical Support Technician in New Carlisle, IN. This onsite contract position offers $20–$25 per hour on W2, with a typical 6-month term and potential extension.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends as the site transitions to 24/7 operations. Responsibilities include providing end-user support, researching and resolving technical issues, handling calls and emails, and documenting cases to ensure timely

Our client, a Top Fortune Tech Company is looking to hire a Data Center Tech/ Technical Support Technician in New Carlisle, IN (Onsite)

Pay Rate Range: $20/h - $25/h on W2, Depending on Experience

New Carlisle, IN (Onsite)

Contract (6 Months + Possible extension)

Daily schedule Needs to be able to work days/nights/weekends as needed - site moving to 24/7 operations, need to be open to all shifts (Sun-Wed (10hrs a day) or Wed-Sat (10hrs a day))

Job Description:

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Data Center experience or cabling Experience is a real plus
