In this critical position, he or she will oversee a team of HVAC Technical Service Advisors and assure that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. He or She will develop new technical resources to decrease response time and assure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. In addition, this key contributor is responsible for maintaining effective lines of communication throughout the business unit. What you will do:

• Provides product or service information to customers and ensures that they receive the best possible service.
• Maintains effective lines of communication between all dimensions of the company

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher - preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering-related discipline

The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $153,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall. Individual hourly pay rate will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
