Job summary

Modern Treasury is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to investigate, triage, and resolve issues for customers using our payments platform. You’ll work across APIs, bank reporting, and onchain settlement with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows, while coordinating with engineering to root cause incidents.

The role offers exposure to payment programs, onboarding, settlement timing, and reporting, with opportunities to shape product and process decisions in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a B2B SaaS.
• Strong REST API knowledge and integration concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and incidents.
• Comfortable working Pacific Time business hours.
• Experience using AI agents/tools in a work setting.
