The Off-Hours Technical Support team ensures customers have a reliable, secure, and high-performing MEDITECH EHR system. This team addresses technical challenges impacting the system's core code, web infrastructure, and integrations (REST APIs). They collaborate with customers and vendors on large-scale IT projects to resolve issues across software bugs, hardware malfunctions, network problems, and functionality issues within the MEDITECH EHR solution.
Salary range: $52,800–$63,000 per year, with a 10% shift differential. Actual salary determined by skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. MEDITECH offers benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance; profit sharing trust and 401(k); tuition reimbursement; generous paid time off, sick days, personal time, and paid holidays. This is a hybrid role with in-office and remote work as designated by management.
