Job description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist in our Minneapolis, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Des Moines, Dallas, or Seattle locations. As an initial point of contact for our business professionals and attorneys, you will provide technical support related to computer software, desktop operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.

After initial training, this position will be primarily remote with occasional office work. Regular hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.

In this role, you will:
  1. Provide firmwide technical support via phone, email, and desk side assistance.
  2. Escalate complex issues and follow escalation procedures.
  3. Log incidents and requests in the support tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues.
  4. Work with the team to improve support procedures and reduce incident volume.
  5. Assist with software and hardware projects, testing, and rollouts.
  6. Maintain standards for attendance, customer service, and problem resolution effectiveness.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least two years supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 Suite.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, manage tasks, and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under stress and build effective relationships.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or technical degree.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional service organization.
  • Experience with legal support applications such as NetDocuments, Elite, SaaS, or UKG.
