What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide world-class technical support to ES install base customers, managing issues to closure
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify root causes of failures and communicate progress with customers
- Organize and drive feedback to engineering for product and project delivery improvements
- Lead the resolution of customer complaints and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate client issue resolution and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent industry experience
- 5 years of client relationship management experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components found in water treatment plants
- Working knowledge of PLC controls and ability to read and modify PLC logic
- Proficiency in reading Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process and Instrument Drawings (P&IDs), and Electrical Drawings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant field experience working on Veolia WTS products
- Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a water treatment field
- Knowledge of equipment and processes related to Veolia WTS products including RO/ED, UF/MBR, and Ion Exchange
