Your Role at Baxter
  • Use your technical knowledge to support customers experiencing software and hardware product issues.
  • Analyze reported issues, follow troubleshooting guidelines, establish root cause, and identify resolutions.
  • Support Baxter's mission by providing troubleshooting support for our devices.
  • Work cross-functionally with Baxter employees and customers, including pharmacy personnel and IT professionals.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform and maintain knowledge on Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware systems focusing on patient care.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate effectively to enhance customer focus.
  • Document all customer interactions in company systems following procedures.
  • Support sales activities such as account creation, inventory auditing, and product tracking.
  • Provide emergency coverage, including off-hours support, maintaining critical functions.
What you'll bring
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in online and phone technical support.
  • Experience with cell phones, laptops, and tablets.
  • Minimum one year in Customer Service, Call Center, or related roles.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience installing/troubleshooting hardware and software, including Windows servers and networks.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
  • Experience with web-based and client-server database applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge management system experience is a plus.
  • Technical certifications are advantageous.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience is preferred.
