Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist for its Oxford, MA location to support customers remotely via phone and email and troubleshoot advanced laser equipment. This is a full-time, direct-hire onsite role.

You will work with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment, reading schematics and diagnosing issues to keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic systems.
• Experience with industrial machinery, automation, CNC, robotics.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Background in technical support, field service, maintenance, or repair.

Technical Support Specialist opportunity with a leading manufacturer of industrial laser systems.

Full-time, direct hire position

Onsite in Oxford, MA

This is a hands-on technical support position supporting customers remotely via phone and email, troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment and working directly with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. This is not an IT support role.

Pay: $22.54-$29.87/hr (OT Available after 40 hours)
