The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tech Level 2–3 Support Specialist—a proactive, technically skilled professional who has experience in the payments space and the use of terminals and POS devices.

This is a mid-to-senior level opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is confident managing a wide range of technical support scenarios with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to technical support requests from clients by phone, email, or tickets.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems, terminals, and related software.
  • Assist with the setup and installation of payment hardware and software.
  • Keep accurate records of support cases using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Work with teammates and partners to help resolve more complex problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication at all times.
  • Stay organized and meet response time goals (SLAs).
  • Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
  • Help with other team tasks as needed.

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across POS systems, payment terminals, software applications, and network connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a high-demand environment.
