Job Description: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide superior response and technical support to customers and service partners. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of the Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with customers and field technicians to provide technical assistance and ensure product uptime.
• Resolve assigned technical calls promptly and update service call information accurately.
• Collect enhanced data to improve service quality.
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers and technicians.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Participate in reporting of problems and issues regarding products.
• Support sales by following procedures to assist customers.
• Serve on a Technical Account Ownership team to provide superior service value.
• Collaborate and create technical and process documentation as needed.
• Perform additional assignments and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years minimum of technical experience.
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree.
• Experience in technical support, field work, or technician experience with in-depth troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of electronics and ability to interpret flow charts, electronic book diagrams, and block diagrams.
• Experience with voltmeters and other tools related to industrial equipment.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Past experience with kitchen appliances or industrial equipment.
• Military experience.
  
  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
