Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience, ideally providing technical or help desk support.
  
• Working experience in IT or hospitality business.
  
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, ideally POS systems such as Aloha, Linga, Revel, Toast, etc.
  
• Great communication skills in English and Spanish.
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player.
  
• Above all, a passion for customer service, and a desire to delight customers.
