Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and chats from technicians and business partners to resolve installation and service order issues
- Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and respond to service queues
- Document actions taken on orders and maintain detailed records of facility changes and reported issues
- Participate in specialized task groups to support company objectives
- Stay informed about departmental methods and procedures and enhance technical knowledge of products
Qualifications
- Must reside in North Carolina
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of telecommunications experience or related network fundamentals
- Proficient in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics/Communications/Computer Science
- Working knowledge of advanced data and video elements, including FTTP and various carrier systems
- Experience with inventory/assignment systems such as BOSS or DOCS
- Proficient use of Excel with the ability to create macros and complex formulas
