Role: Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. This role is a combination of Help Desk Support and PC Maintenance. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience working in a PC Support environment
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, and End-User PC support experience
