Technical Support, Senior Associate

Job Locations: US-VA-Quantico

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
  2. Support the operations and maintenance of the System infrastructure.
  3. Collaborate with R&D to test and optimize product support techniques and tools.
  4. Create and deliver training materials.
  5. Compile monthly metrics for reporting to the government.
  6. Ensure maximum issue resolution within minimal time to meet SLAs.
  7. Work with Engineers to support System environment operations and maintenance.
  8. Participate in on-call support schedules.
  9. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and systems.
  10. Support operations that may be 24/7.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Tier II support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain/pass a polygraph.
  • Education and experience combinations: Associates degree + 4+ years, Bachelor's + 2+ years, Master's + 0+ years, or 6 years relevant experience without a degree.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory, RSA Tokens, and SharePoint.
