  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

  • Utilize a call flow guide to assist customers effectively
  • Stay knowledgeable about client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing support
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
