What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Maintain and document customer interactions and issues in databases
- Continuously learn about client products and technologies to enhance customer support
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving and computer navigation skills
