Job Description
Position: Technical Support Representative
Reports to: None
Summary: Technical support specialist for POS and payment solutions including CLOVER, PAX, Valor, Pay Hub Gateway, Mobile, and eCommerce. Provides internal IT support for technical and network issues as needed.
Essential Duties:
Satisfies quality assurance requirements by:
Establishes customer links by creating credentials and providing resources.
Provides support for:
Education & Experience: High School Diploma (some college preferred) and at least 3 years of technology experience including transaction systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills required.

Work hours are 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend rotation. Please include salary requirements.
