Shentel is seeking a Technical Support Representative to be on the front lines of the customer experience, helping subscribers troubleshoot Streaming TV and Home Internet services, and stay connected to what matters most.
You will diagnose issues, use billing applications and ticketing tools, create detailed support tickets, and collaborate with supervisors to improve satisfaction. Evening and weekend shifts (2pm–11pm) are required; strong communication and empathy are essential.
