Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is hiring a Technical Support & Onboarding Representative (Diagnostic services) to join the Operations team in Poland.

The role focuses on onboarding customers to the Diagnostics as a Service platform and providing technical support during integration with customer systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineers and Sales, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and help optimize processes for a diverse international client base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of image standards and protocols such as DICOM, and JPG, among others.
• A deep understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Feel comfortable with command line tools
• Basic understanding of Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding process.
• Support the automated integration of customer’s software systems.
• Engage and collaborate with IT specialists from dental practices and clinic to facilitate the onboarding process.

This position will be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry, and this role is on the frontlines of helping individuals get the smile they want.

As a Technical Support you will be part of a team that unites passion and technical excellence. In this you will collaborate with Engineers and Sales personnel to expand the userbase of Diagnostics as a Service on the Align Digital Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding process.
• Support the automated integration of customer’s software systems.

• Knowledge of image standards and protocols such as DICOM, and JPG, among others.
• A deep understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Feel comfortable with command line tools
• Basic understanding of Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.
• Desirable Knowledge of relevant clinical processes, products, and services within dental offices is a plus.
