We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to be the frontline of user interaction, providing fast, high-quality technical assistance to software engineers and shaping the future of support.We are a rapidly evolving AI company specializing in developer tools, focused on enhancing the coding experience through AI.
This role is 100% Remote
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality technical support to developers via Intercom and Slack, resolving complex user-reported issues.
- Debug bugs, troubleshoot usability problems, and ensure smooth, AI-enhanced developer experiences.
- Engage directly with developers, delivering thoughtful and responsive support while maintaining a deep understanding of the product.
- Build internal tools, refine documentation, and improve automation workflows to enhance support scalability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, influencing product direction with frontline insights.
- Contribute code to resolve bugs or inefficiencies as needed.
Ideal Background:
- 4-8 years of experience in technical support, escalations engineering, or software engineering
- Extensive experience debugging a high volume of technical support tickets.
- Experience supporting developer tools and technical products for software engineers.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of SDKs, OAuth, and web development.
- Demonstrated usage and enthusiasm for AI-powered coding tools.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ideal
