What You Will Do
  • Work with customers to resolve issues with their Confluent deployments
  • Contribute to process development to support efficient growth and a strong culture
  • Communicate with engineering teams to provide real-time product feedback
  • Improve product documentation and create knowledge base articles
  • Create and review product demos and internal tools
  • Collaborate with the Apache Kafka team
What You Will Bring
  • Interest in streaming data and Apache Kafka expertise
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues
  • Desire to help customers succeed through direct interaction
  • Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday
  • Two of the following three: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational knowledge of Java applications, experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Hadoop, or Cassandra
