Your role in our mission
  • Help keep projects on track as Gainwell supports clients in delivering better health and human services through technology and innovation.
  • Coordinate between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communication and expectations.
  • Configure technical system settings to meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate with project leadership and recommend program changes as needed.
  • Address engineering issues and escalate when necessary.
What we're looking for
  • 9+ years of IT experience in development, support, and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid operations and payer systems.
  • Technical leadership in integration, data conversion, batch monitoring, with strong troubleshooting skills. Coding experience is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET and networking concepts.
  • Nice to have: Experience with SSRS and SQL for reporting and data analysis.
What you should expect in this role
  • Fully remote position.
  • Potential travel (0-10%).

The salary range is $72,800 - $104,000 annually, with variations based on region, experience, and other factors.
