Job summary

City Hive Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Full Stack Developer to serve as the first line of technical support for merchants, distributors and internal teams. The role includes hands-on software development to fix production bugs and perform data integration work in real time.

You will diagnose, triage and resolve incidents using all available tools and liaise with R&D to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or data roles in SaaS companies.
• 2 years of hands-on programming experience.
• Advanced working SQL knowledge with relational databases.
• Familiarity with APIs and data sources (raw files, etc.).
• Ability to use IT tools and troubleshoot creatively.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and self-prioritizing.
• Multitasking, self-learning, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and debugging complex support issues escalated by others.
• Hands-on programming to fix time-sensitive bugs and data integrations.
• Engage with clients to access and load POS data into City Hive.
• Manage and monitor data configurations related to POS systems.
• Root-cause analysis and live production workarounds.
• Minimize non-bug escalations to R&D.
• Provide ongoing support with business teams.
