Job summary

Jobtailor in Tampa, FL is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead and document cross-functional MHK integration projects, develop scalable architectures, and ensure milestones are met through detailed MS Project planning.

You will design and specify API interfaces (XML/X12/REST/SOAP), analyze data issues via the MHK model, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Business Analysis, or Project Management within a technical healthcare environment
SQL development and database administration experience; SQL Server preferred
Basic ETL or data process knowledge, including data mapping and XML data interfaces
Experience designing API client applications and call sequences using REST/Postman and FHIR
Knowledge of system security and administration, including SSO and SSL
Experience iterating customer-facing technical requirements and designing system integrations and enterprise application architectures
Familiarity with enterprise application integration platforms and SaaS solutions
Healthcare or health plan knowledge and SaaS platform experience strongly preferred
Experience in technical documentation and business analysis
Data reporting experience, including data analysis and visualization tools, preferred

Responsibilities

Contribute to and review SOWs for MHK integration projects involving third-party vendors and partners, and document solutions
Lead cross-functional teams in designing and documenting scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solution architectures
Develop specifications based on MHK application infrastructure requirements and customer usage scenarios
Develop and maintain detailed MS Project schedules with project managers and ensure milestones are met
Present technical integration and interface capabilities to customer business and technical stakeholders
Create XML, X12, REST, and SOAP Web Services interface specifications with customer technical teams
Analyze and resolve complex technical data issues using the MHK data model, SQL queries, and log files
Document and escalation implementation issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams on resolutions
Develop deployment plans covering installation, configuration, data loads, validation, known issues, and go/no-go decisions
Improve implementation delivery processes and artifacts and drive their adoption
Manage executive and stakeholder expectations, priorities, and responsiveness through transparent communication
Drive customer technical teams to complete their deliverables
Build client trust as a product advisor by providing accountable, proactive, and tailored technical solutions
