Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA in Houston, TX is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide timely technical support via phone and email, document interactions, and develop tailored troubleshooting guides.

You will assist technicians, diagnose failures in power systems and network equipment, and collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure prompt resolution. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and strong English presentation skills are required.

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through phone and email communication.

• Support continuous improvement of component repair methods and capabilities.
• Participate in company promotional activities (fairs, exhibitions, conferences, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years’ experience in related field preferred.


• Experience in customer support preferred.


• Experience working with Windows operating system.


• General knowledge of firewall protection and IT networks infrastructure preferred.
