Positionen rapporterar till: Technical Support Manager
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for marine products and systems. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and marine technology, with a focus on LV and MV drives such as ACS6000, 6080, ACS800, 880, Cycloconverters; experience will be an advantage.
This role contributes to the Process Automation, Marine and Ports Division in San Diego, CA. The work model for the role is Remote.

Salary: between $86,200 and $160,000 annually.
