ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inbound customer support following call flow guides
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Document and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred
  • Offer additional products/services and deliver excellent customer experiences

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred
  • Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, problem-solving skills, computer skills, high-speed internet, and a smartphone
  • Reside in the U.S. with a valid address
