The responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and related equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. Furthermore, this role involves troubleshooting technical issues promptly and accurately, whether in person, via telephone, or through email. Providing end-user assistance as needed is also a key aspect of this position.###### Position responsibilities include but not limited to:##* ## Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex workstation problems for end users.* ## Recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed.* ## Deliver required desktop service levels by installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user workstations and related hardware and software.* ## Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to computers, including the installation of CPUs, I/O, NIC cards, hard drives, RAM, and so on.* ## Collaborate with IT Team to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment.* ## Administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software products, as required.* ## Receive and respond to incoming calls, tickets, and e-mails regarding desktop problems.* ## Respond to and perform move, add, and change requests as they are submitted.* ## Ensure that physical desktop connections (i.e. RJ-45 Ethernet jacks, RJ-11 telephone modem jacks, connectors between PCs and servers, etc.) are in proper working order.* ## Prepare tests and applications for monitoring desktop performance, followed by providing performance statistics and reports.* ## Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations.* ## Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment.* ## Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.* ## Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors, as necessary.* ## Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as requested.* ## Other duties as assigned.### ***Candidate Highlights:**** ## Experience: Minimum (1) year of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience, with working knowledge of electronic medical record systems and experience working in a healthcare environment highly desired.* ## Education: Degree in Information Systems or related field required or equivalent work experience.* ## License/Certification: Valid driver's license and A+, MCSE, MCSA and/or MCS Azure highly desired.* ## Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between clinics and offices.* ## Smart phone: Must have personal SMART phone with adequate data plan.# *Employment Highlights:*##* ## Monday - Friday typical schedule.* ## Competitive hourly rate.* ## Paid time off for holidays.* ## Overtime eligibility.### ***Interested in this Position?
