Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to provide direction and oversight to our clinical laboratory staff. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to engage and motivate employees toward high-quality diagnostic results in a team‑focused environment.

Position Summary

This position provides general operational supervision under the direction of the director/manager to assigned personnel. Responsibilities include organizing, directing, and controlling workflow aspects of the section to improve processes and provide high‑quality, cost‑effective services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four years’ training and experience in high‑complexity testing in the respective specialty.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• MLS or Specialty Certification.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $39.32 – $65.54 per hour. Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate based on the circumstances at the time of posting and may be revised at offer.
