Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with suppliers worldwide. We process $300M+ annually and are expanding our SaaS platform across territories.

You will own technical success for SaaS customers in your territory, lead onboarding and feed integrations, and work with sales to drive expansion while ensuring integrations stay healthy and performant.

Qualificações

• Experience in TAM, solutions engineering, or account management.
• Strong debugging and clear communication for integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and feed integration for new customers.
• Monitor feed health and troubleshoot issues before they impact trading.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities.
