Position Title: Technical Specialist – SAP Security & S/4HANA Migration

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We're seeking a hands-on SAP technical specialist experienced in ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations, cloud-based architecture, and SAP security. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a background in public utilities, ensuring secure and scalable digital transformation aligned with FERC and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ECC-to-S/4HANA migration strategy, execution, and post-migration optimization.
• Ensure enterprise architecture is aligned with cloud transformation goals.
• Configure and manage SAP security, including role design, SoD, and user access control.
• Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams to deliver a secure and scalable SAP landscape.
• Assess and implement cloud-based architectures for scalability and performance.
• Ensure system compliance with utility-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., FERC, NERC).

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP technical experience including security and architecture.
• Direct experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and SAP landscape design.
• SAP Security administration experience (user access, roles, SoD, GRC).
• Public utility industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience working within regulated environments (FERC, NERC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP for SAP workloads.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent in enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP or SAP RISE programs.

Pay rate: $80-$110hr based on experience and skillset
