Job summary

TMPC, a leading cybersecurity SDVOSB 8(a) company, seeks a Technical Specialist in Washington, DC. The role focuses on advancing secure systems and cross-functional governance.

You will draft analytics indicators, lead modernization initiatives across federal agencies, and ensure program expansion milestones while maintaining SLAs and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, or UAM platform certifications).
• Experience drafting behavioral analytics indicators and rule-sets.
• Proven track record in leading complex organizational transitions and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and governance across multi-component agencies.
• Draft and oversee program expansion plans and ensure SLAs.
• Maintain case documentation quality and manage technical tasking.

Description

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP,CEH, or vendor-specific UAM platform certifications).
• Experienced in drafting behavioral analytics indicators and rule-sets.
• Organizational Leadership & Modernization Track Record: Demonstrated track record of leadingcomplex organizational transitions, modernizing technical architectures, updating federal policy,
  and building cross-functional risk management governance boards across multi-componentagencies.
• Leadership Management Narrative: Narrative detailing how proposed key personnel will guideprogram expansion, oversee case documentation quality, manage technical tasking, maintainSLAs, and achieve all modernization objectives.
