DUTIES/RESULTS

  • Work in a team environment to establish strong relations with manufacturing, product management, marketing, sales, and
  • order management department personnel.
  • Conduct instructor-led classes in process instrumentation and controls
  • Facilitate learning by providing effective instruction & evaluations of student learning.
  • Work with department to schedule & coordinate training classes.
  • Adhere to training schedules & syllabuses developed in conjunction with ENG, MFG, Sales/Sales Enablement, PMK,
  • PMG and TAC.
  • Responsible for all pre and post registration communication with trainees
  • Responsible for all training center coordination, which includes but not limited to communication, organizing
  • schedule/instructors, training materials, meals, events, etc.
  • Provide support & advice to stakeholders related to implementation of Yokogawa Corporate of America’s training
  • products, services, and solutions.
  • Provide Yokogawa Corporation of America’s training products, services, and solutions overview at group seminars or as
  • requested by sales and marketing.
  • Coordinate and provide feedback to sales, PMG and PMK on sales confidence survey results & findings.
  • Learn Yokogawa Corporation of America’s training calendar & online systems for effective use for yearly scheduling,
  • online posting, and registration.
  • Prepare student record documentation after each class & provide documentation to store on Yokogawa Corporation of
  • America’s platform.
  • Work with a Sales Enablement coordinator and PMK to develop yearly messaging about available trainings for
  • customers, indirect sales channel and Yokogawa employees.
  • Work effectively to achieve and maintain Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s) accreditation.
  • Maintaining the customer experience training center and demo hardware used for training. Maintaining the Yokogawa
  • Instrument Process Skids (YIPS).
  • Develop & grow Yokogawa’s Corporation of America’s business by generating training sales while fostering long term
  • relationships with clients.
  • Miscellaneous duties as required.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualification: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories. Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Education: BS in Engineering preferred.

Prior Experience: 10 years or more with Industrial Automation Instrumentation Experience.

Travel: In-Frequent travel required, 10-50%
