Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in area of expertise with 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree (MS); or 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Understanding of fundamental concepts in area of expertise.
• Ability to apply sound and diversified knowledge of the principles and practices of the technical area.
• Excellent research and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent technical expertise and guidance in complex problems.
• Assist in training less experienced technical specialists.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor work activities.
• Produce highly technical documents such as reports, specifications, and analyses.
• Continuously improve job-related knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
