ATG USA is seeking a Technical Specialist to execute technical services across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, and construction/VDC projects. You’ll deliver production work, support demonstrations, and clearly discuss outcomes with customers in a role that spans multiple verticals.

Role Location: North Little Rock, AR, or Phoenix, AZ, office preferred. Open to remote for candidates further than 40 miles from either office.

The Technical Specialist is responsible for executing Technical Services work across a variety of project types, disciplines, and customer needs. This role requires technical depth in at least one core vertical, with the flexibility to contribute wherever demand exists.
Technical Specialists are expected to be adaptable, cross-functional contributors who can deliver production work, support demonstrations, and discuss their work clearly with customers. The role requires a willingness and ability to work beyond a narrow niche in order to support utilization, delivery commitments, and customer outcomes.
This role is foundational to ATG’s Technical Services organization and is supported by Managers who guide skill development, versatility, and career growth.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
