Job summary

Applied Technology Group (ATG) is seeking a Civil Technical Services Manager to lead project execution and delivery outcomes within our Technical Services organization from a civil perspective. You will own project management, scope reviews, resource assignment, and performance accountability while developing a high-performing team focused on quality and client satisfaction across AEC projects.

This leadership role demands strong communication, risk management, and the ability to align scope

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical or professional services projects.

• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving delivery issues.

• Experience within the AEC industry or related technology-driven fields.

This role owns project management, delivery outcomes, resource assignment, utilization, and issue resolution.Managers are fully accountable for the performance and development of Technical Specialists. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, setting expectations, documenting performance, driving improvement, and taking decisive action when expectations are not met.
