Technical Specialist - Driveline Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for driveline and torque transmission systems
• Analyze and document system-level requirements for production programs
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for future driveline technologies
• Translate customer, regulatory, and market trends into system requirements
• Drive simulation, validation planning, and vehicle-level product development
• Engage in technical discussions with customers and present driveline solutions
• Contribute to and protect intellectual property through patents and technical publications
• Up to 25% travel as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline (MSEE or MSME preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in driveline systems development
• Strong background in intellectual property development (patents/publications)
• Deep experience interfacing with OEM customers and suppliers in the driveline sector
