Job summary

Signify is seeking a Technical Specialist onsite in Atlanta, GA, to perform PCB assembly, soldering, and prototype builds for engineering projects. You will set up and execute electrical and validation tests on electronic products and operate lab equipment, supporting engineers across multiple units.

• Experience with lab equipment, soldering, and testing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement standard test requirements with strong analytical and time management skills.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel up to 30% from Midtown Atlanta to Peachtree City.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB assembly, soldering, rework, and prototype builds for engineering projects.
• Set up and implement electrical, functional, and validation testing of electronic and wireless products.
• Operate laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and electronic loads; maintain lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and support root cause investigations on PCBAs and systems.
• Assist engineers with prototype development, product verification, and design validation activities; collaborate across development units.
• Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: $31.43 - 46.10 per hour based on experience

Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 2.5%
