Varda Space Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and attract hard-to-find engineering talent for avionics, GNC, manufacturing, and related disciplines. You will own the sourcing strategy, generate pipeline, and represent Varda’s brand in the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience and track record filling hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter expertise, including advanced Boolean and search strategy.
• Self-starter who takes accountability and thrives in ambiguity.
• Proven ability to source senior-level and leadership talent in competitive markets.
• Clear, proactive communicator with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of business functions to contextualize role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy including intake and calibration.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and recruit high-quality hires.
• Research talent markets, measure response rates, and inform search strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers and advise on market and compensation.
• Guide candidates through decisions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Mentor others and improve processes to support scalable hiring.
