We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sourcer to join our team here at Binance. This is a dynamic role to join our Talent Acquisition team; you'll be responsible for owning the pipeline of candidates for various roles and levels of complexity on a global scale. You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team with a focus on delivering exceptional sourcing methods and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to formulate tech talent sourcing strategies - this includes target tech company mapping, connecting with the industry’s top talent.
2. Drive Binance’s end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on market research and talent mapping.
3. Independently source talent via recruiting tools and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Glassdoor, AngelList.
4. Drive process improvement and the management of Lever, Binance’s IT recruitment platform.
5. Content creation and management of Binance’s paid recruiting channels.
6. Conduct market research for global markets that Binance currently operates in, or plans to enter (Asia, EU, Middle Eastern regions).
7. Research and propose new channels and trends to attract top talents.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a direct sourcing/candidate research role either with an executive search firm, recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house recruiting team.
2. Experience in tech candidates sourcing, especially for the engineers of front end, back end, QA, devOps, big data, etc.
3. Experience with major recruiting tools and job boards/tech communities like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, Glassdoor, AngelList.
4. The ideal candidate should have strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talents.
5. Sourcing experience in blockchain/web3 technology is a preference.
6. Familiarity with Web3 job portals is highly desirable.
