Job summary

Nudge is building a team by sourcing highly technical roles across the company, primarily engineers and scientists. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate evolving role definitions into clear sourcing strategies and engage candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach.

You will go deep on profiles and technical signal to distinguish real expertise, share market insights, and continuously improve sourcing approaches as we grow.

About You

• Experience sourcing highly technical roles, primarily engineering
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex systems, technologies, and skill sets
• Excellent pattern recognition and judgment when evaluating candidate signal and identifying exceptional talent
• Demonstrated ability to source for highly niche or ambiguous roles where the talent pool is limited
• Strong search strategy skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, research papers, conferences, etc.)
• Ability to engage and build relationships with highly technical candidates through thoughtful outreach
• A high level of organization and the ability to own sourcing efforts end-to-end with minimal oversight
• The ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, evolving environments
• High integrity and strong professional judgment
