What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more.
• Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines.

Compensation Range: $100K - $160K
