Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives and client success managers to understand technical requirements of enterprise and retail customers.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions aligned with company goals, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Prepare technical response packages for client requests and communicate solutions effectively.
• Drive innovation within the team by staying updated on data center industry trends and technologies.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) or relevant experience (5+ years) in a technical role.
• Proven experience in pre-sales support, operations, design consulting, or project management.
• Strong understanding of modern data center requirements and environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CFD Modeling, and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical pre-sales and/or project management.
• Familiarity with competitive offerings in the industry.
• Ability to manage stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with third-party contractors and vendors.
