Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for external clients/partners.

You will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative solutions, build tools, and oversee technical execution and business operations of Google’s partnerships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
• Master's degree in a technical field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands (preferred).
• 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
• Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
• Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
