Job summary

Google is hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant for Google Home in Mountain View, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to drive technical relationships with our largest advertising clients and product partners.

You will oversee design, testing, data analysis, and operational execution of Google's Home products, translating partner use cases into actionable recommendations and developing onboarding resources and program roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner use cases and offer insights on development integration as a subject matter expert.
• Drive partners and internal teams toward successful, on-time launches.
• Manage program launch timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Communicate technical feedback from partners to the Product and Software Engineering teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
