Job summary

Aderant is a global software leader delivering business management solutions to law firms and professional services. We are seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to implement, configure, and support our solutions with clients during deployment and integration.

You will gather requirements, define project specs, and drive successful delivery while collaborating with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in impact analysis, requirements gathering and UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Proficient in JavaScript and C# (object-oriented scripting).
• Ability to write and modify data queries (IsNull, Coalesce, Unions, Joins).
• Strong writing, editing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and conduct needs analysis with clients.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and company.
• Document progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide product and technical support on configuration and bugs.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement updates to configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver project success.
