Why You’ll Love Working Here

Be part of a team helping organizations transform how work gets done with applied AI. Workforce AI is enabling employees and teams to move from manual, fragmented processes to more intelligent, connected, and outcome-focused ways of working.

As a Technical Solutions Architect focused on Anthropic – Claude Cowork, you will help customers understand and realize the value of Claude Cowork—from individual productivity and knowledge work to repeatable team workflows and enterprise-scale adoption. You will combine technical depth, consultative selling, executive presence, and practical delivery skills to turn AI possibilities into measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

The Anthropic Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) is a trusted technical advisor and solution strategist for organizations evaluating and adopting Claude Cowork. This pre-sales role on the Workforce AI team partners with account executives, business development leaders, customer stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape AI strategies, lead discovery, demonstrate use cases, and design adoption roadmaps.

The role is centered on Claude Cowork and the ways it can augment knowledge workers, improve team productivity, support repeatable workflows, and help organizations build responsible AI habits. You will help customers identify high-value opportunities, define appropriate governance and change‑management approaches, and move from vision to validated proof of value.

Experience with Claude Code is preferred because it provides useful context for broader Claude adoption and technical conversations, but the primary focus of this role is Claude Cowork, workforce productivity, and business‑process transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support executive and senior‑leader conversations about workforce AI strategy, Claude adoption, productivity, responsible AI, and organizational impact.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops that uncover high‑value knowledge‑work use cases, workflow friction, adoption barriers, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate Claude Cowork through practical, role‑based scenarios tailored to customer priorities, operating models, and employee experiences.
  • Help customers identify opportunities to use Claude Cowork for research, analysis, writing, summarization, planning, collaboration, decision support, and other knowledge‑work activities.
  • Translate customer needs into use‑case portfolios, prioritization frameworks, adoption roadmaps, and proof‑of‑value plans.
  • Design and facilitate executive briefings, hands‑on workshops, hackathons, demonstrations, and enablement sessions.
  • Build prototypes, demonstrations, reusable assets, and best‑practice examples in collaboration with WWT labs, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Advise on responsible adoption, including governance, privacy, security, data handling, risk management, human oversight, and appropriate‑use practices.
  • Partner with customers to define success metrics and connect AI adoption to outcomes such as productivity, cycle‑time reduction, quality, employee experience, and capacity creation.
  • Collaborate with account teams and delivery architects to shape solution concepts, statements of work, proposals, and customer‑facing technical content.
  • Identify where integrations, APIs, workflow automation, or complementary technologies may extend Claude Cowork value within the customer environment.
  • Stay current on Anthropic capabilities, Claude Cowork patterns, enterprise AI practices, and the evolving Workforce AI landscape.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions architecture, consulting, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or a related customer‑facing technology role.
  • Demonstrated experience translating emerging technology into practical business solutions and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI‑assisted knowledge work, prompt practices, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure and how it effects AI security and governance.
  • Hands‑on experience with Claude Cowork or comparable AI productivity and workplace‑assistant platforms.
  • Ability to design and communicate practical AI use cases across functions such as business operations, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, legal, customer service, and IT.
  • Proven track record of executive‑level engagement, strategic technology consulting, and consultative discovery.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience designing pilots, proofs of value, adoption programs, or change‑management strategies for enterprise technology.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, identity, data governance, and compliance considerations for AI solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, architecture, delivery, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid technical foundation, including familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data sources, and enterprise application environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Anthropic Claude models, Claude APIs, enterprise AI platforms, or model‑evaluation practices.
  • Experience creating reusable AI assistants, workflow patterns, prompt libraries, operating procedures, or enablement content.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ServiceNow, collaboration platforms, or other enterprise systems commonly used in knowledge work.
  • Experience facilitating AI adoption programs, communities of practice, training, or responsible‑use enablement.
  • Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, software development workflows, developer productivity, or AI‑assisted coding.
  • Experience in a consulting, systems integration, managed services, or technology‑partner environment.
  • Relevant cloud, security, AI, or enterprise architecture certifications.
Impact & Growth

This role is pivotal in helping organizations move from experimentation to responsible, repeatable, and outcome‑driven use of AI. You will influence workforce transformation strategies, accelerate Claude Cowork adoption, and help customers create new capacity for higher‑value work.
