Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect for a remote role focused on translating customer and partner needs into scalable storage and disaster recovery solutions that align with business goals. You will partner with sales, engineering, and channel teams to guide solution design, validate fit, and move opportunities forward.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage solutions design or support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise storage architectures (block, file, object).
• Experience with Fibre Channel SAN infrastructures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Industry certifications related to enterprise storage or disaster recovery.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on translating customer and partner needs into well-architected storage and disaster recovery solutions that support business goals. The position partners closely with sales, engineering, and channel teams to guide solution design, validate technical fit, and move opportunities forward. It also plays a key role in technical enablement, helping drive demand through customer-facing workshops, webinars, and presentations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,300 – $200,000 annually
