Job summary

Atlas Copco Group seeks a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at MOBIS in Savannah, GA. This 2nd shift role engages with the customer to optimize torque tools and fastening equipment, driving operational improvements.

You will maintain and calibrate tools, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs and upgrades, and ensure proper networking communication within the customer environment. Onsite daily at MOBIS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador Interface with the customer to promote Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Maintain & Calibrate Tools: Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges.
• Repair & Optimize Equipment: Conduct repairs, upgrades, and adjustments to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
• Networking Support: Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network environment.

Are you our next Subject Matter Expert?

We are seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at our customer, MOBIS. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with our customer to optimize their torque tools and fastening equipment, making a tangible impact on their operations

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with our customer to promote Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Maintain & Calibrate Tools: Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks to ensure tools run at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges to minimize downtime.
• Repair & Optimize Equipment: Conduct repairs, upgrades, and adjustments to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
• Networking Support: Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network environment, ensuring proper communication with data systems and reporting tools.

You will report dir ectly to the Site Manager and work onsite daily at MOBIS' Savannah, GA facility. This opening is on 2nd shift.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience: 3-5years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
