Job summary

Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Technical SETA - Computational Systems Biology to support DARPA BTO programs onsite in Arlington, VA. The role requires leading-edge expertise in biophysics, systems biology, HPC, and ML to guide proposals and program milestones.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have strong experience evaluating multi-phase proposals, abstracts, and technical content for BAA concepts. Relocation to Arlington is anticipated.

Qualifications

Master's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
8+ years of experience in key technical methodologies, including dimensionality-reduction techniques, protein interactions, biophysics, and AI/ML strategies to scale predictive molecular catalogs.
Experience in rigorous technical evaluation of multi-phase proposals.
Active TS/SCI clearance and Arlington, VA relocation readiness.

Responsibilities

Provide technical subject matter expertise and programmatic support to DARPA BTO Program Managers.
Translate advanced principles in computational biophysics, systems biology, high-performance computing, and machine learning into oversight, proposal evaluation, and performer management for revolutionary in-silico platforms.
